From Niigata Prefecture's Echigo Denemon Shuzo. Niigata Gohyakumangoku milled to 55% and brewed with #9 yeast, SMV +2, acidity 1.4, and 15.5% abv. Clean, creamy soft fleshy fruit nose, plush yet fine, good acidity and dry finish. Really a winning lineup from Denemon, so reliable. Evaporated in record time.
