Making up for the tiny bottle I took to India in April, in a big way! I was so very pleased to find this at Mitsuwa in Edgewater, NJ (makes up for being there.) Fukumitsuya Shuzo from Ishikawa Prefecture. A blend of yamada nishiki and kinmon nishiki milled to 55%, SMV +4, acidity 1.4, proprietary yeast and 15.9% abv. Remembering that the last bottle felt very sessionable, this size is just right for the effort. Lovely sake.
