Sake Professional Course

Just completed the Level I course, three days in San Francisco. Lots of fun, lots of tastings. This is the same as the course run in Japan, and only the second time offered in the U.S. Looks like they plan to come back again.You can check out the course details:

Anyone interested in a crash course on the breadth and depth of sake should check it out. Though prior knowledge is helpful (and most had a good grasp), it isn't necessary. The exam is optional.
